“Finally found someone that could fix my AC as they said they would. Previous shop charged me the same as Bison Ford did for ALL new parts and it still didn t work. When Ireturned for warranty work the third time they said they no longer did AC repair! Eric and his shop/mech did it and it works great. After the repair my windsheild wiper didn t work so I returned asking if the failure was from something that happened during repair. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when they said they d found a relay out and fixed it for me—— at NO CHARGE! Kudos Eric and Bison Ford. You will get my future work.”

He doesn't do work he's not supposed to do, but if he sees something, he calls you and asks if you want that addressed. Rare for today's market”

“Had the exact part that I needed after my dog chewed up the remote for our Warn winch. Ordering was super easy, my only take away was I paid almost $20 extra for 2 day shipping and the part got here a week later. Not sure why I even paid the extra amount at that point. “Honestly, these guys impressed the hell out of me. I have a Ram 3500 with the lame ass 68rfe trans that was in desperate need of replacement. I finally made the decision to go with a Randy's stage 2 built transmission, and these guys are a Randy's Transmissions approved shop. I spoke with Tracer several times from April to May, got the transmission ordered, along with other parts like a new cooler and billet flexplate, etc. I let them know that I just needed it by Memorial Weekend. When the transmission showed up, I dropped my truck off, and these guys went above and beyond to get the truck done and ready for me, to the point of staying until 7pm on a day they aren't even open, regularly. I'm HIGHLY impressed with their work ethic and how they were able to make this happen when I had some last minute changes come up and needed my truck even sooner than they promised it would be done. They stepped up and made the seemingly impossible, and quite honestly the unrealistic timeline I changed to last minute, happen. For that I am grateful. Thanks guys!!! You freaking rock!!”

“I took my 2010 Carrera S to Schmidt's to have a damaged trim piece repaired and repainted in addition to having the rear bumper, front lip, and a new spoiler painted. They had come highly recommended so I had high expectations. I am very happy to report they lived up to every one of my expectations. Schmidt's showed a level of skill and attention of detail which has ensured I'll be recommending them from now on and returning with any new paint or body work I may need in the future. “Carquest is the first place I go for auto parts. I think they have better parts like alternators, starters etc. compared to O'Reilly's or Napa. The salespeople were very helpful and friendly they got me everything I needed quickly.”

“I travel full-time towing my small travel trailer with my 2022 Toyota Tundra. I was still for an oil change and called City motor Express lube. They were able to book me for the day I would be spending here in Great falls. At no other time in my travels, was a Toyota dealer able to do an oil change for me without scheduling out one to two weeks. So, the express lube option is great. I wish more Toyota dealers would adopt this. Other brands have this sort of thing available at most of their dealers. In any event, my oil change went well, service was fast, and the attending service person was very friendly and helpful.”
“These guys rock. I took a week vacation off work, and when my vacay was over I went to start my car. No start. I went through a little diagnosing and decided that more than likely it was the fuel pump. I called these guys up and they got my car in the shop within a couple weeks, and had the pump done in a day. Side note, my AC wasn't working and they inadvertently fixed it. 5 stars all the way and I'll definitely refer all my friends to y'all!”

“This is a shop that cares.
We are travelling through Montana and we had a break down Friday afternoon. Got the bike to Big Sky after hours Friday. Met Jerry, I think, on Saturday morning. He said they would try and get it looked at. They did! By 2 pm Luke Quillen had it diagnosed. He told us it could be fixed by Tuesday end of day. Big Sky is closed Sunday and Monday. No problem. We had 2 days to wander the back roads of Montana.
We were back there today about 2:30. They had the trike fixed and were washing it.
It is wonderful to find a shop that tries to help the traveller.
I totally recommend Big Sky Harley and Luke if you are in need of a Harley fix in Montana.”

“Thomas and his guys were fantastic! After hitting a deer and needing repairs they made the process very simple and easy. Thomas was able to give me a quote and get the repair scheduled quickly. He worked with my insurance company so I didnt have to do a thing. When I picked it up, everything was done and looked great! Probably better than before I hit the deer. “I want to give a shout out to Odegard's body shop. They are a local auto place in Great Falls, Mt. I was really impressed with their service.
When i was calling for quotes to repair my door handle i was getting quotes in the upper $600 range. I called Odegard and they quoted me $250 at the most, but they needed to see the vehicle before they could give a definitive price for what was wrong.
I showed up the next day. The mechanic looked inside the car door panel, and said this piece snapped, so you will have to replace the entire door handle and all it's smaller parts.
But the difference with Odegard and the other shops was, they understand that in this economy money is tight. So they told me if i buy the part myself i can save a lot of money. I asked them which one i should buy and they sent me an ebay link stating the part i needed. It arrived 3 or 4 days later
They were going to have to paint the door handle to protect from rust, but the person who ordered the part, found one pre painted already and that saved me alot of money.
If you live in Great Falls and don't have a trustworthy auto body mechanic yet then give Odegard's body shop a call.
They honored their word, my car handle works as good as new, and saved me a lot of money. So i will definitely be going back to them again to work on my cars in the future.”

“These folks took great care of me when I was stuck in a rough situation. Traveling from ND back to WA and I had an injector go out.
