We got a trouble car for one of our reservation with the issues with the car popping up throughout the reservation. Andrea, the manager at this location was extremely helpful in resolving the issues to our full satisfaction. Would rent again with Avis despite the troubles we saw thanks to Andrea.

15 minutes and we were on our way with a clean vehicle that we needed for our week long trip. Superb. The way it oughta be!
Compared to the 5 previous hours and several dirty vehicles later, at the next counter with the green signs.
We'll come back to Avis again.!
