“After shopping around for a new windshield replacement I decided to go with Randy's because they were over $100 cheaper than Safelite and I didn't have to waste time with automated menus when I called. A real person answers the phone! Go figure. I got lucky because not only did they adapt their schedule for my only day off only day off fitting me in somehow but they had great customer service. Alll the other companies it was a hassle to get somebody on the phone but with this company I spoke to a person as soon as I called. They did everything they said they were going to do and even went the extra mile by fixing a windshield wiper. My new windshield is great and I was very happy with my experience with this company.”

“Traveling to Great Falls and had a boulder hit right below line of sight on drivers side and caused a nasty crunch ring the size of a half dollar. Pulled into Safelite in GF and was greeted by a young man who was very polite and he told me the probability of fixing that was very low, not sure if the glue would take or not and he took the truck into the garage, said it would be 45 minutes. Well, about 20 mins. later, Trix drove the truck out and said she was surprised that the glue took hold, but there was a scar on the windshield though. Well, they did a bang up job on fixing that crunch and I really thank them for really giving there best, one of the best windshield repair places I have ever been too, outstanding customer service plus great attitudes, yes, I will go back if in the Great falls area again if another rocks hits, thank you folks at Safelite Great Falls”
