“I showed up to the Great Falls International airport at 10 o'clock at night. With no previous allegiance to any car company and no reservation, I walked over and waited in line among the three car companied. I chose Hertz because it was the only name I recognized. In long line of people I began to glance at the other two companies that I hadn't heard of. Behind the National counter stood a young woman by the name of Kaylyn Gallagher. After all day of traveling and finally arriving at our destination late at night, Miss Gallagher was the only person working behind a counter that had a smile on her face. Almost immediately I left the line I was standing in to go and talk to a welcoming face. Kaylyn was helpful, insightful, encouraging, she helped me not only find a car, but resolved my issues, and saved me money. I was extremely grateful to have interacted with her that evening and if your entire company was staffed with people, likeminded to Miss Gallagher, National will be at the top of the Forbes 500 list by the end of the year”
“Had a great experience renting the car. The price was very reasonably. Pick up was quick and the associate was very friendly. We had to drop off after hours and that went well too. The area to park and the drop box for key were both well marked and visible.”

“I am sorry I forget the lady's name, but she was a night manager and she was AMAZING! I got locked out of my car at 10pm with no other way home (a 2 hour drive), and she was able to set me up with a good rental and the car was very nice, so nice I think I want to buy one! Thank you Avis for your customer care and kindness.”
