“Our experience (at first was not good. We got our phones and were charged much more then our promised price.Also we were not credited for our Apple phones that we traded in.)But then The District Manager stepped in.She has worked tirelessly to get us the discounts and money back for our trade in phones. She is an advocate for the customer.
