Jacks Pet Center is a local family-owned pet store in Great Falls that has been serving the community for decades. The store is currently undergoing renovations, but the owners remain dedicated to providing a caring and attentive environment for their customers and the animals in their care. Customers consistently praise the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who have gone above and beyond to assist with sick pets and offer advice. The store offers a wide variety of pet supplies, including tanks and accessories, although some of the displays show signs of wear and tear. While the store may not have the pristine appearance of a large chain pet store, customers appreciate the personal touch and attention they receive. The owners are actively working to update and improve the shop, and they are deeply passionate about the animals they care for. Customers have noted the occasional odor, which is to be expected in a pet store environment, but they have also remarked on the gentle and well-cared-for nature of the animals, particularly the dogs. One customer even adopted a beloved white husky puppy from the store. Despite the challenges of running a small, independent business, Jacks Pet Center remains a beloved fixture in the Great Falls community, offering a unique and personalized shopping experience for pet owners.

Just stopped in and was immediately appalled by the miscare and dilapidated building. All the animals looked sickly and the kittens were too young to be ready for adoption. One kitten had a respiratory infection. The puppies in small boxes and everything was filthy. How is a place like this open?? Awful

This place is an animals worst nightmare! Only reason for 1 star is because it doesn't go to negative 100.
