VERY PROFESSIONAL. From the lady that answered my call, set up a time for the service tech to come to my resident. Service tech, identified a part that was missing to hook up our pellet stove. Part was ordered and installed. Very professional. I will always call Bullfrog Spas & Stove. Highly Recommended.
