“We just vacated the unit after renting for almost a year. From start to end we had an excellent experience. I shopped around for a unit that would fit our needs and I really wanted to go with affordable self storage as it was the most affordable, veteran owned, and extremely close to base. When I called at first the size that I wanted wasn't available but Kathy wrote down my information and called me with a unit just before I was going to have to get a much more expensive unit further away. There are security cameras all over the area, it is 24/7 and when I went at night it had bright lighting across all of the units. As a woman going there alone I didn't feel worried in the least bit. Now that we moved out of the unit I'm actually kind of sad because the customer service was so wonderful. I hope my review is helpful to those looking for the best option to protect and store their personal items.”

“A1 saved us from a storage nightmare! We rented a huge U-HAUL truck to move back to Great Falls from out of state. Figured it would be easier to just rent a storage unit at U-HAUL since we had to return the truck there.. Got there and despite my confirmation call the day before, they did NOT have the storage unit for us! They said “Oops” and offered one way smaller than what we needed. We were going to be staying with family for a couple months until our house was ready, so we were stranded with a house full of stuff and nowhere to put it. We looked up nearby storage facilities and saw A1. They had a large unit available immediately and the huge bonus was that it was way less money than U-HAUL. The facility and unit were clean and easy to navigate and the staff are super friendly! You should definitely use them!”
