“Flawless has gained a customer for life. I took my SUV to Flawless after being rear-ended in road construction over the summer. I had never had to deal with having body work done through someone else’s insurance. Once I dropped my Traverse off, Flawless handled everything as far as the insurance company (e.g. extending my car rental, etc.). Their work on the damage was perfect, done quickly, and they even fixed a “popping” in my driver’s side door that they had no obligation to fix as I had told them the issue was there before the accident. It was just a little extra something they did in the interest of customer satisfaction, I suppose. And it worked. I am more than satisfied, and I’ll never take another vehicle needing body work anywhere else.”

“I normally don’t do reviews but this business deserves one. After being stuck in a parking lot for 4 hrs with my 2 boys who are 4 and 5. I finally found this place. Called them and he was there in about 10 mins. He was so friendly and listened to me complain about my husbands truck majority of the time. Lol He helped turn a bad day into one I can just laugh about now. If I ever need a tow, this is the first place I’m calling! Plus the price was very reasonable!”
