Use a different moving company Uhaul is absolutely terrible.
I called to make a reservation, then across multiple phone calls was lied to multiple times then connected to regional manager to ensure I had the right information and assured I was paying $565
Then the morning of the rental they changed the price with no explanation from what i had been LIED TO MULTIPLE TIMES that it was a GUARANTEED RESERVATION FOR $565
Uhaul lies, their managers lie, they will charge as much as they can and don't give two rats asses about customers or how they treat them.
I should have hitchhiked.

Derrick P was extremely helpful. He had everything set for me and made the check-in process extremely easy. I also had an issue with the drop-off place and when we called him he was very helpful and able to give us assistance from across the country.

Sent my wife away with a 5x8 with no break lights how do you not check something like that before letting the customer leave for a cross country trip.

Timely pickup of the truck was great. I was given a truck with a horrible misfire. Took way more umph to get the truck moving. Otherwise my experience was good

Uhaul has gotten way too greedy like everyone else. Trucks are horrid on gas. shame on you uhaul.

The truck was clean, but it needed some maintenance. Overall, these guys took great care of me when I needed a truck on short notice. U-Haul should have a military dsicount.

Got yelled at by the assistant manager for trying to use the door code late at night because I forgot they weren't a 24 hour facility. I put in the door code, was denied, and left with no issues and somehow that warranted getting yelled at. Great location, nice place, horrible service.

Derrick and Kurtis were absolutely fantastic and really went above and beyond for me when o came in to rent a truck! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

Poor Chuck was working by himself on a busy Saturday. Answering all phone calls, working the computer, helping people return equipment, and setting up people with pickup. They definitely need more than 1 person working at a time, felt bad for the guy but he was still very nice and made sure that everything was good to go for us. Thanks Chuck! Hope you don’t have to run the whole place by yourself again

Hands down best customer service! Isaac was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I had a bad experience at another uhaul in Great Falls, and the customer service and Isaac and the Central location made up for it. I give them an 12 of 10! Thank you so much! People don't go anywhere else?

Rude staff. Short chubby dude with sunglasses on his head got upset I paid for an extra two days for a trailer. Had to mention something about it when I went in for another rental. Bum.

Best U haul location ever! Friendly staff, fast service, helpful staff, cheap prices and great variety of moving supplies. Chuck is your go to guy, he is the most helpful and friendly employee there but he needs to be more enthusiastic and not sound so boring when he talks. :) other than that... Chuck will be more than happy to happy you in anything to make your moving easier. If you need to choose what U haul to use in the town of Great Falls, definitely use this location over the other ones. Clean location, no waiting in line, answered the phone quickly and very great deals on everything. Thank you guys!!! Definitely recommend this U- haul location!
