“We had a part fail after having service done with Reliance, but we were two states away. We contacted Reliance, and they fully stood behind their work without hesitation. They covered the repair at a different garage. Many other businesses might say they warranty their work, but then don't honor their promise. Reliance immediately responded to our request and made things right. This represents superior customer service, professionalism, and integrity.”

“Amazing service and quality work. Did an engine swap for me and didn't take long. Later replaced a carrier bearing and had a small problem a couple months later but brought truck in without appointment and they jumped right on it and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend this shop.”

“My neighbor recommended Jeremiah and he is now my go to mechanic. He was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, honest and patient with the questions I had. I took my car in feeling extremely stressed out and left feeling confident the problem was fixed and also grateful for the excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. I0 stars and will be recommending him to everyone I know! Thanks again Jeremiah!”

“Absolutely phenomenal job. The end results made my vehicle look good as new. Their knowledge and reasonable pricing stood out to me when comparing my estimates to other local shops. What stood out to me was the exceptional customer service throughout my entire experience with Action Auto Body South. Nici was on top of getting me the most coverage possible with my stubborn insurance while maintaining consistent communication. Overall, great experience with Action Auto. The team did a great job and got it done in a timely manner. My vehicle looks great. Would definitely return here for all my future needs.”

“Carfax asked me to write a review of my recent service and I decided to extend my review. I've been using Rods Auto for over 8 years! I will not go anywhere else! Even if it means I have to wait a week or more to get my car in..during busy season. They are always straight forward and honest. They don't try and nickel and dime you to death or lie about other services that need done. Have heard horror stories from people over the years how there are those auto shops that are dishonest. They don't push anything on you unless it's needed or they recommend it. They are fast and efficient as well. Many times Ive had my car dropped off the night before for servicing in the A.M and have received a call before noon that my car is ready for pickup! Have always left a satisfied happy customer! Never have I had to take my vehicle back due to them not fixing or handling the problem properly the first time! My parents use Rods as well, and between 2 people they own 4 vehicles. And my dad never once has had a negative thing to say. Highly recommend!”

“Updated: months later our suzuki got hit by tree branches during a strong wind storm. S&S was very helpful with the timely reply of insurance forms to our insurance company. Thank you.♡ ~~~~~~~ We feel middle ground about our experience at s&s. We had a 2012 Suzuki with front damage. In our area, it's very difficult to come by the Suzuki parts. So we agreed to get used parts so our vehicle would not need to be totaled because of the cost of all new Suzuki parts. It took nine months total. 2 months in the shop off and on. Would have been nice the one month the Suzuki was not being worked on if s&s would have notified us. So I could have had our vehicle for that month. They gave us a gift card for $100 to the local grocery store. It was really nice of them. Anyways overall was an okay experience. If a Suzuki, just total it instead of waiting on (new or used) parts to arrive at the autobody shop. Thanks.”
