“GREAT PLACE TO GO! GREAT PEOPLE!I originally found this place on my Google maps. I chose them because they had the most reviews and the best reviews.My car was hit in a parking lot, I needed a new door. When I first walked in, I spoke with Stan and Kathleen. They were great, and gave me a lot of helpful information. Kathleen let me know she would make sure she would take care of everything with my insurance. And she did! She made sure I had a brand new door with the right color. My appointment was almost 2 months out, luckily I had a spare car. When I picked up my car, it was beautiful! They even washed and detailed it! I was very impressed with this shop and will definitely be going back, as well as referring them to family & friends. THANK YOU BIG SKY MUFFLER & AUTOBODY!!”

“Went off the road on an icy corner and called for a tow. Waited 10-15 minutes and the driver called saying he couldn't find me. Two roads with the same name in adjacent towns caused the confusion on a very busy, icy day. Didn't take long for the driver after that and he arrived in good humor and did a most excellent job of getting me back on the road.”

“Overall a good experience. As with all local body shops, they are booked for months. The body work done was excellent and my car was wonderfully detailed as well! Would advise calling and checking on progress as communication is a little lacking. But the front desk gal is such a gem (& she's the detailer) that she made it a great business to work with!”
