They've centralized customer service and provided them with no information. So customers calling to ask questions receive no answers and the agent has no options to redirect.

I couldn't reach anyone and I'm seeing that there is supposed to be 24/7 service or at least phone service.

I won't be doing business with a company that makes it nearly impossible to talk to real person. I'm tired of Companies that use bots to answer the phone.
