“When I first came in I was looking for a truck. I was told by Jennifer (the manager) "Good luck with that"! When I asked for her name and supervisor she then told me she was the manager! I couldn't believe it. After contacting another employee Josh, him and Chris went above and beyond to help me get in a truck that I needed. Thank you guys so much for everything. They made this awful experience a pleasant one!”

“I wish I had gone to these guys first!! Was with the guys out by the car lots first and caught them red handed billing me for propane not received, refused to do anything about it. Then the Townsend guys, who's customer service is HORRIBLE and never showed up when they were supposed to. When Northern Energy became under Amerigas, I switched as soon as I could and couldn't be happier. Awesome customer service and always tell me the best deal available for me. Old school, quality customer service here!”
