Budget Inn Express Downtown Helena is a clean, quiet, and comfortable budget motel. It offers a great value for its downtown location, close to town, food, and local attractions. Numerous bars, restaurants, breweries, and shopping are within a couple of blocks. Rooms are large with comfy beds and big fridges. The wifi is excellent, and there is 24-hour laundry on site. The front desk staff are very helpful, nice, and kind. It is a cheap option, though some rooms may smell and beds can be small and noisy. The area can feel a little sketchy after dark. Many guests return and highly recommend it for a stay in Helena.
I stayed there a couple of weeks ago with my partner and had an amazing experience . Maddie and Torin were very helpful and friendly. Very clean establishment!

Location location location! It doesn’t get much better than this if you are looking for a place to stay on the gulch. Clean rooms, kind staff, great service, plus a cool retro vibe.
