“Wonderful experience. The manager, Austin, came in clutch when I forgot the base to my infant car seat. He was happy to be the middle man between my friend and I to hold a carseat for us when we got there and then store it again when we departed super early in the morning.

Matt Barber at National helped with with a issue. He was GREAT. I rented an Alamo car in Boseman and warning light can on in Helena. Enterprise owns National and Alamo so he was able to give me another car seamlessly. It was a simple transfer within their same database. The service from Matt was great I had no issues when I turned the new car at Boseman.”

“This Budget Car Rental at Helena Airport was a lifesaver for me and my wife. We reserved a full size SUV three weeks in advance to be picked up in Michigan for a trip to visit our son and his family in Helena. Fifteen minutes before pickup in Michigan we received a call telling us no cars were available. Long story short we located at a different Budget in Michigan a regular car (last one) still paying the SUV rate. We were told that on our trip we could swap it out at any Budget office on our trip. We called as we traveled and no SUV was available in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and Nebraska. After arriving in Helena we checked this office and Rachael the manager said they did not have a vehicle but gave us her direct cell number so that when a vehicle came in we could swap our vehicle out so we could have a suitable vehicle to travel back to Michigan. She found an exact match to our needs in time to return to Michigan. Thank you.”
