Wonderful experience. The manager, Austin, came in clutch when I forgot the base to my infant car seat. He was happy to be the middle man between my friend and I to hold a carseat for us when we got there and then store it again when we departed super early in the morning.

Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish from checking in to returning the vehicle. I could not ask for better in Helena, Montana. My experience at a different agency on my next leg of the flight in Seattle was absolutely different. I would not hesitate renting from enterprise in Helena again

Shoutout to Austin and especially Matt for making our lives easier in a situation of stress. The rental car breaking down in the middle of a trip is usually a perfect storm but thanks to those guys it was just a breeze!
