I had just suggested getting this kind of thing for a lady we know in her 90s, and there it was! Didn't get it though. Her assisted living neighbors might not appreciate it.”

“Lindsay is a GEM! She needs a raise! Her customer service was beyond amazing! My kiln relay went out when I had 6 loads of Greenware to fire. I frantically called and she helped me get my relays I needed and also personally delivered my order to the post office because the mail guy didn’t come Saturday. Great communication, customer care and total rockstars!
