The Helena branch is a big, nice building with a huge parking lot, several drive-through lanes, and tellers, so lines are never long. As a Montana-owned bank that has seen several generations of the original founders family head it, Farmers State Bank is also proud of its contributions to the communities, such as providing over $1 million in scholarships since 2001.

Great customer service however the website is lacking. Always have to call to unlock my account to get online. VERY inconvenient. I should be able to access my account whenever I want without the hassle. I have accounts at multiple banks, this is the only one with this issue.
