“We love MHC! Had to call to ask some questions on claims/accumulations. Yes they are going through some changes. Yes the hold time was long initially, but if you opt to have them call you back in x minutes…no biggie. The gentleman I spoke with was pleasant, answered all of my questions and provided SUPERIOR customer service. Yes there have been some hiccups with their new portal, but I’ve been able to email customer service and get a response very quick (same day in most cases). The transition issues will be temporary, and they make up for it in customer service.”
