Horrible experience as a provider. No assistance offered despite multiple emails and phone calls.

Great insurance if you don't have to use it!! My husband's company has this for their medical.. we're asking the company to go somewhere else.. for this next enrolling. We live in northwest Montana it's difficult to get any providers, difficult therefore to get anything paid for. Would not recommend.
