I aways can find an employee to assist me. The lumber department was so helpful. A couple times I was looking for a specific not so common product (latest one was a light bulb) but they didn't carry it. I've been able to get any other basic product.

Wonderful staff that will bend over backwards (or find the right person) to help you answer any questions and find what you're looking for.
I have also found that I pay less for many products here compared to home depot or Lowes for certain products.
