The Residence Inn Helena offers very spacious, clean, and nice rooms, often with a great view over the fields to the hills. Suites are complete with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and living area, making it a great longer-term stay place. The customer service is great, with friendly and efficient staff. The hotel features a very convenient location across from the HLN airport, with lots of free parking and a short drive to restaurants. A common let down is the breakfast, which can feature pre-packaged food and occasionally runs out of items. The location is excellent if passing through, but a distance from downtown.
Very nice. The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. We were upgraded to a larger room. However, that put us in front with view of Costco and Tractor Supply. I would have prefered the back view.
