The Residence Inn Helena offers very spacious, clean, and nice rooms, often with a great view over the fields to the hills. Suites are complete with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and living area, making it a great longer-term stay place. The customer service is great, with friendly and efficient staff. The hotel features a very convenient location across from the HLN airport, with lots of free parking and a short drive to restaurants. A common let down is the breakfast, which can feature pre-packaged food and occasionally runs out of items. The location is excellent if passing through, but a distance from downtown.

Great experience. Hotel is more dated than some but clean and the rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and bathrooms have good space and tub and showers. Staff were great and supportive with our kids. Location is close to airport and proximal to most of Helena.

Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. I had forgotten to bring feminine hygiene products and the front desk graciously provided them free of charge.
