They have a coin exchange machine in the lobby, you would think that it would be a free service for members but it's not it charges you 10% even if you have an account.

I really like this bank. All the tellers are kind and patient. And I’ve never had any issue with the bank if I ever have problems with outside entities they are in top of it immediately!! Thanks Vocal

I will say that this bank is very customer oriented. Not only have they helped me out, but I have sent many happy loan customers their way. Rhett, Whitney, Eddie and the rest of the staff treat you as a person.....not a credit score. Congrats
