A very pleasant experience. While my transaction took longer than I expected, Ericka was pleasant and professional throughout. Shae lent a helping hand and made the trip even more enjoyable. I would give six stars if I could.

I really needed something notarized and went to the bank not long before closing. The notary there was incredibly patient and kind. She apologized twice for the wait - it wasn't that long, seriously. No one I spoke to even asked if I bank there (I do, actually). I got everything I needed done. It was great.

This Wells Fargo branch has always been fantastic to work with and I have used a lot of banks all over the country. Excellent customer service and on-point every time. Jessica J (branch employee) deserves a shout out today for exceptional service.
