Wheel & Rim Repairs in Helena, MT

“We got a screw in our tire after hours last night, and went to put on the spare that we bought from Discount Tire awhile back, which included an after market rim. Unfortunately, the after market rim we were provided didn't allow room for our standard lug wrench so we were unable to put the spare on, and had to leave the car up on a jack overnight. We visited the store this morning with our flat tire, expecting to have to pay for something - be it the flat repair, new tire if necessary, or new lug nuts for the spare, or a new rim for the spare, but Mikeal W. took great care of us. He could not find evidence of the spare tire purchase in the system for some reason but he did honor it. He gave us the lug nuts and special tool we were going to need for the spare free of charge, and was able to fix our flat as well, and we walked out not having to pay a dime. Mikeal was a great representative of the professional and courteous service we have come to expect at Discount Tire. We will continue to do business here and recommend it to others.”

“We were totally Discount Tire people when we moved in from Oklahoma. Unfortunately, that had to change once here and Les Schwab has been incredible. We use them for all the tires, shocks, even brakes and rotations for our company Vehicles and personal rides. They’ve been so reliable and the communication has been great. Highly recommend.”
