“Amazing service! Corrine and Darren saved me. Really appreciate you getting me of the road before it got too dark. Lots of love from Ancestral Botanicals in Great Falls Montana”
“Great service, we use pomps for everything from large heavy equipment, trucks, pickups, both in the field and at the shop, always prompt to get us taken care of and they stand behind they’re work”
“I recently had a nail in my tire after my neighbor replaced his shingles and the contractors left nails everywhere. I was able to take it in and get it fixed right away and it was FREE! I will be back when I need to buy new tires.”
“I had a tire going flat fast. I pulled into Al Chaffee tire. They got me right in and found a screw in my tire. They fixed it in a hurry and wouldn't let me pay for it! My new tire shop! Thank you!”
“I was in town from out of state with a rental car. Had a bad tire that needed air. Gills got me in right away to fix the flat (and they were doing it at no cost!!). Turns out the tire was not repairable. Their service didn’t end there as they called Enterprise and set up my new vehicle rental AND then drive me there to get it!! That is service. So professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND…They need 10 STARS.”
“I went there and a small accident happened. They took care of the problem very efficiently.
I asked what I owed.the owner said
They were sorry and did not charge me anything. I offered because it was more than what the issue was. He said no.
I have only bought 3 sets of tires from them and the winter to summer swap over. So not much money spent on my part. Definitely buying the next set there.”
“We were totally Discount Tire people when we moved in from Oklahoma. Unfortunately, that had to change once here and Les Schwab has been incredible. We use them for all the tires, shocks, even brakes and rotations for our company Vehicles and personal rides. They’ve been so reliable and the communication has been great. Highly recommend.”
“made an appointment for a Friday morning while traveling through Helena to get a leaky tire looked at. unfortunately the tire couldn't be saved but they had tires that fit my transit and not an el cheapo version. that's usually pretty not a thing, was super surprised they had them on hand. rockstar #1.
happened to get into Helena early and stopped in Thursday late in the day and they were able to fix up my vehicle a day early. that's rockstar #2.
can't really speak to the price but I don't think it was out of line for two tires and I needed them.”
“My dad passed away this month and i was up from CA helping my mom settle things here in Helena. Woke up to his large Tacoma -my mode of transportation- having a flat tire. I called Costco not wanting to leave mom without spare. They worked me in on a SATURDAY to fix the flat and replace it under the truck as the spare. What a personable, hard working, and terrific bunch of guys in Costco's tire shop! Great credit to Costco...thanks again guys.”

“We got a screw in our tire after hours last night, and went to put on the spare that we bought from Discount Tire awhile back, which included an after market rim. Unfortunately, the after market rim we were provided didn't allow room for our standard lug wrench so we were unable to put the spare on, and had to leave the car up on a jack overnight. We visited the store this morning with our flat tire, expecting to have to pay for something - be it the flat repair, new tire if necessary, or new lug nuts for the spare, or a new rim for the spare, but Mikeal W. took great care of us. He could not find evidence of the spare tire purchase in the system for some reason but he did honor it. He gave us the lug nuts and special tool we were going to need for the spare free of charge, and was able to fix our flat as well, and we walked out not having to pay a dime. Mikeal was a great representative of the professional and courteous service we have come to expect at Discount Tire. We will continue to do business here and recommend it to others.”
