“Nick is absolutely amazing. My best friends dog passed away and i stupidly had her flowers delivered to the wrong address(she had recently moved). I called in super upset because i live in bozeman and couldnt easily just drive over and get them and bring them to her. Fedex had been no help at all, so last ditch effort I called them to beg someone to help me and maybe get the flowers from the house and deliver them to her for me. He couldnt do that but made the closest boquet he could possible for me and delivered it to her himself! Such a thoughtful man, he truly deserves a raise. Thanks again so much Nick.”

“My dad passed away this month and i was up from CA helping my mom settle things here in Helena. Woke up to his large Tacoma -my mode of transportation- having a flat tire. I called Costco not wanting to leave mom without spare. They worked me in on a SATURDAY to fix the flat and replace it under the truck as the spare.
