“What could have turned into a bad experience with RXO in Billings has become a good one. I bought a Samsung dishwasher from Sam’s club, delivery and installation was included. It was dropped off about a month after it was ordered, but the two guys delivering it did not do an install. RXO sent two fellas to install. Unfortunately they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish. But we muddled thru with sign language. Except for the one guy shorting out the wiring on the dishwasher and shocking himself and sending sparks across my kitchen and having to call someone to talk them thru some part it was a seemingly “ok”
Install. Until the next morning when I discovered the team had not secured the dishwasher nor plugged the holes where you screw to secured the dishwasher. I contacted Sam’s, who sent me to Samsung. Samsung would send me install parts for another $140. I contacted RXO to see if the installers could be contacted to get my parts. They left for another state the same night. Greg from RXO offered to pay reimburse me for parts if I could find someplace to order them. Lowe’s and Home Depot won’t help with that if you didn’t purchase from them. However, one employee at Lowe’s sent me to Sundberg Appliance where they ordered my parts. Greg called me today to follow up on the situation and I have been made whole by his company. Thank you Greg for your help and consideration, I recommend this company.?”

“All the people that work at the Shepherd post office are extremly nice and wonderful to talk with. The mail carrier we have is very kind and he goes out of his way to make sure my packages are palced as close to the door as possible, even with my GSD's barking at him.”
