“Outstanding service! I needed three specific Kohler toilet seats last minute which I couldn’t find at the local big box stores. Ferguson employee, William, helped me find the item I needed and came through in the clutch! He was very attentive and professional. Most importantly, he kept his word to call me as soon as the seats arrived. Thank you, William! Great company and great people, bravo!”

“We have had a wonderful personalized experience with this company so far. From walking in the door, meeting Kimberlee and walking out with a look book, to arranging shipping and pick up of items with Stephanie, we have experienced nothing b ut exemplary customer service. Sometimes it was hard to get through on the phone line because they were busy, but once someone picked up I felt valued and that I was heard.”

“I purchased a new computer this week and my experience was phenomenal. Billy was extremely patient and knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever to make a sale. He listened to exactly what my needs were for the work I needed to accomplish and steered me in the right direction. Once we figured out what I needed he was savvy enough to remember the exact item was a return and discounted, and price was definitely one of my concerns. He seemed very authentic and very happy to help and it was a fantastic shopping experience!”

“I want to give a shout out to excited customer service by Armando in building supplies! I had to purchase some Mason sand for a job. He helped me select the right product for the job. He was so kind to load it both on the cart and into my truck! Armando is a perfect example of what top notch customer service looks like! I hope management reads these and acknowledges Armando! I am beyond grateful for how easy and efficient he made the process! Great job Armando!”
