“I want to commend Mike in electrical. My husband and I wanted to buy a filter for our recently purchased refrigerator (from Lowe’s). We waited in the appliance area for a few minutes waiting on a sales rep to determine which filter we needed to buy when we saw this employee pulling a cart towards the north end of the building. I called to him and asked for his help. He completed his task then returned to us. Even though he worked in Electrical he was pleasantly willing to stop his work and help us! Several phone calls later he was able to determine the model we needed. I am so appreciative of his efforts! He was genuinely interested in helping us. Lowe’s needs more employees like Mike! To further identify him I think he said his employee number was 10. Give him a raise!”
