“Bought a Napoleon grill online. After assembly, their natural gas line wouldn't work with the connector at home. Sounds easy to fix, it wasn't. However, Johnny at Glacier Ace Hardware was brilliant. He recently experienced the same issue for another customer so he knew exactly how to fix the problem. Within 3 minutes, we had the right solution, went home, and voila! Works perfectly. Thank you Johnny and Ace.”

“They're the best price on horse stall mats and also fantastic quality. I picked up 10, they are heavy, so two of the workers loaded into my vehicle. Can't express my appreciation enough and gratitude for their health.”

“Our company, Midbar Construction, have had the chance to use Builders First Source on several different occasions. Most recently we used them to design some trusses for an addition we did in Columbia Falls. We brought them existing blueprints and after taking some photos they sent the information over to their engineers.Once they received back the approval from their engineers we were able to place our order. It didn’t take to long to have the trusses delivered to the job site and we quickly had them installed! Thanks again Builders First Source for a very pleasant and pain free process!”

“This is a beautiful shop with a wide variety of hardware for cabinetry and doors, bath items. If you're looking for budget type hardware thats better quality than one would find at say Lowes, HD or an Ace Hardware they have quite a bit to choose from. If you're looking for something special and more high-end they have beautiful things to choose from. Anne, the owner is clearly very experienced. She helped guide us through a daunting process with ease and we stayed within our budget.”

“Outstanding service! I needed three specific Kohler toilet seats last minute which I couldn’t find at the local big box stores. Ferguson employee, William, helped me find the item I needed and came through in the clutch! He was very attentive and professional. Most importantly, he kept his word to call me as soon as the seats arrived. Thank you, William! Great company and great people, bravo!”

“Regardless of what the whiny customers have said about this place, it's great. They probably don't answer their phones when you call because they don't want YOU as a customer and neither do I. The motto " The customer is always right " is a bunch of Bull$hit.”

“I want to give a shout out to excited customer service by Armando in building supplies! I had to purchase some Mason sand for a job. He helped me select the right product for the job. He was so kind to load it both on the cart and into my truck! Armando is a perfect example of what top notch customer service looks like! I hope management reads these and acknowledges Armando! I am beyond grateful for how easy and efficient he made the process! Great job Armando!”

“I want to commend Mike in electrical. My husband and I wanted to buy a filter for our recently purchased refrigerator (from Lowe’s). We waited in the appliance area for a few minutes waiting on a sales rep to determine which filter we needed to buy when we saw this employee pulling a cart towards the north end of the building. I called to him and asked for his help. He completed his task then returned to us. Even though he worked in Electrical he was pleasantly willing to stop his work and help us! Several phone calls later he was able to determine the model we needed. I am so appreciative of his efforts! He was genuinely interested in helping us. Lowe’s needs more employees like Mike! To further identify him I think he said his employee number was 10. Give him a raise!”
