I had a tire problem and the outside air station would not inflate it. A tire center worker was walking by and noticed what was going, I think his name was Will, and had me pull over to the bays and took care of my issue. Very appreciate of the great employee!

I have been in twice in the last week for routine tire work. Both trips it took more than 3 times the estimated time.Service was good but very slow.

Waited three weeks for a free appointment. They refused to do seasonal changeout because my tires were new and not Costco. They blamed corporate. I believe them.
