“I just ordered online from my recliner Feb.14-17. l forgot to call ahead for pick-up, (my bad). I went to the service counter and waited my turn. Which came very quickly. They check my I.D. and before I can bring up the number for my order they had it! Okay maybe a good day it happens! I'm getting my order at the exit WOW nearly everything is THERE ?. Some of the windows were a few days out. But low and behold I got the same treatment for the 2nd ORDER TOO!!! Best part NO DAMAGES EITHER NICE JOB GANG!!! I will be shopping there for home improvement items now and on future projects.”

Despite visiting on a quiet weekday, I appreciated the lack of crowds, allowing for a more leisurely shopping experience.The standout feature of my visit was the helpfulness of the staff. When faced with a unique problem, I was promptly guided to the appropriate section and assisted in finding the necessary parts to solve it.However, my only minor drawback was the reliance on self-checkout as the sole option for exiting the store. While I appreciate the convenience of self-service in certain situations, I believe offering alternative checkout methods would enhance the overall customer experience.Nevertheless, I must commend the attendant who graciously offered assistance by scanning my items with the handheld device without any prompting from me. It's this level of proactive customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.”
