Called and made a payment over the phone, they said the payment went through and I would receive an email, never got the email and now I have to pay an overdue fee because they never made the payment.

Lady was super rude and didn't want to setup my account to reflect my correct name, moving address, or any other information. If I didn't have to move the next day I would have just gone to a different U-Haul location.

No good customer service. We rented a truck to move out of state we were told we could extend our contract. We called too do just that told system down not a problem. Called agin to confirm a was told no we couldn't extend. We in good faith followed what they told us but they didn't do there due diligence
