Felt confident based on the price of container and delivery fee, the quick response on quote, the professionalism in general, that calling around would be a waste of time. We were able to complete the entire purchase from Iowa over the phone before we even made our move to Montana. “owner met me within 30 minutes of inquiring as they don’t have a physical office at their location. Courteous professional, met my needs. When I a few weeks later decided to cancel the storage because I found a larger house to rent, they even refunded / prorated the rest of the month, which in my experience is something unheard of. You usually pay the month ahead of time and that’s that. Highly professional and ethical business. highly recommended.”
