AmeriGas Propane's service has improved. Their drivers are professional, friendly, and conscientious. The physical service is great, but customers have experienced issues with extra charges and unordered deliveries. Some customers have received more gallons than ordered, and there have been problems with installations and communication about costs. Despite this, the drivers are great and make timely deliveries, helping customers avoid running out of gas.
We're on auto refill & although we watch our gage,we were surprised when our tank was filled. Their service has greatly improved since last year. Their drivers are professional, conscientious & friendly.

Awful company!!! I told them numerous times I didn't need propane and I had switched to a different company and they still came twice to fill up just to get money!! Poor customer service. Can't even understand them!

Needs a lot of improvement!! NO local customer service; and their customer service wherever it is is not helpful. Additionally, their propane prices are DOUBLE other propane companies in northwest Montana.
