AmeriGas Propane's service has improved. Their drivers are professional, friendly, and conscientious. The physical service is great, but customers have experienced issues with extra charges and unordered deliveries. Some customers have received more gallons than ordered, and there have been problems with installations and communication about costs. Despite this, the drivers are great and make timely deliveries, helping customers avoid running out of gas.
The installer was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Everything has been a very smooth process.

I have had a great experience with AmeriGas. Our driver is a really nice guy, and getting set up with AmeriGas was quick and easy. They got back to me the same day I inquired and had me scheduled for the following week. CHS never even got back to me.

We're on auto refill & although we watch our gage,we were surprised when our tank was filled. Their service has greatly improved since last year. Their drivers are professional, conscientious & friendly.
