I gave 2 stars because of poor customer service skills! next door TJ Maxx are more welcoming! Cashier and security are grumpy DON'T say anyword Hi or Thank you after I paid.Dont much selection some shelves are empty unlike Ross from Big cities have much more selection and staff are more friendly. 2nd stars because they have Ross in this small town KALISPELL?

Ross is great on prices. The only thing I do not like about them, is they won't return any item if you've worn it. Let me make this clear, say you spend $40 on a pair of shoes there, and they break in two days of use. They won't replace them. Oops, you're out $40. And they'll send you out of the store apologizing with a smile. I personally do not like spending my money on a place that can't replace something in a situation like that. If my money isn't worth to you what it is to me, then I'm not spending my hard earned money there. Maybe fix this policy Ross. And I'll consider spending money there again.

What great deals ! Don't have to wait too long in line. Efficient check out. I've boughten so many clothes at the kalispell , mt. Location I had to buy another dresser.

Great store to buy discounted branded items. Lots of paitence required to get your size as limited selection exists.
