NO customer service. Could not get return phone calls or emails. Could not cancel or get confirmation until after multiple attempts and requests.Site Manager is cooperative and awesome but back end systems and customer service are trouble. Will not rent from this chain or company again.

Very nice storage place. You can access and rent space without an attendant which is really convenient. Access is limited from 0600-2200 unfortunately.
