Elisa was amazing and helped me switch over my phone service. She helped me navigate my previous providers customer service and remained patient and calm headed while it took almost 2 hours for my previous provider to give us the information needed to transfer my phone number. I don't know what changed in the last 6 weeks, but their service and products are awful. We aren't getting half of what we pay for from them, and they don't seem to be willing or able to do anything about it.

Amelia was extremely rude and not customer service like at all. Made me wait multiple times not courteous at all. In contrast, Heather was amazing and she helped me in under a minute.
