Months later and still huge lines with long wait times because there are only two employees helping people in the front. Being friendly and nice doesn't give them the right to be zootopia sloth dmv slow. Y'all have been found out, we know there are at least two more people in the back during the day while people wait an unnecessarily long time because one of ya'll don't want to come out from the back to help people. It's bizzare behavior. This is one of the biggest reasons why beyond the one service I get because there really isn't a large selection for it that I won't get any other services. They just can't be trusted with the simplest things such as providing timely service when they are open and then being crazy slow with each customer as well as not valuing their customers time, that one is a biggie. This isn't going to make people think that they are providing quality service, just because they are slow doesn't mean they are quality. Spectrum better rethink how they are treating their customers so when more selection for cheaper comes around and it will (it's already in the works), people won't run not walk away from them. Get your act together spectrum, people deserve better.

Elisa was amazing and helped me switch over my phone service. She helped me navigate my previous providers customer service and remained patient and calm headed while it took almost 2 hours for my previous provider to give us the information needed to transfer my phone number. Her help with the frustrating situation was amazing.

I don't know what changed in the last 6 weeks, but their service and products are awful. We aren't getting half of what we pay for from them, and they don't seem to be willing or able to do anything about it.

Amelia was extremely rude and not customer service like at all. Made me wait multiple times not courteous at all. In contrast, Heather was amazing and she helped me in under a minute.

If you are tired of sky high bills tell them you are canceling their services. They offered to drop our bill $60 instantly and let us know he could get us to his manager who would likely drop it even more. My wife was fed up with them because she had called several times before asking if there were any promotions we qualified for and was told no. We switched to T-mobile and now have internet for $30 a month instead of $105 a month.

They do not use the que system. I signed in and was number 2 in the system. Several people signed in after me. I needed a billing statement for my dmv appointment for a real ID. Waited patiently as they were a bit under staffed which I understood. Not a problem. Two employees were activating new phones so I know it takes time. The employee with blond curly hair finished up and complete ignored the que and helped the customer closest to her. Turns out she was at the end of the que. Literally skipped over 4 people. Please remove the que system if your not going to use it.

Don't use spectrum. If you're late because you're IN THE HOSPITAL they will call you to threaten you up to FOUR TIMES A DAY. Yet they have no one to answer your call. No payment options - DISGUSTING customer service.

Their 500 mbps is great. Their 1 gig service does not deliver as advertised. I am happy they reverted it without any hassles though.

I've had Spectrum Internet since 2020 here in Kalispell. Its been reliable and fast with really no issues until Monday of this week. All of a sudden on Monday, I started experiencing intermittent outages. I run a business out of my home, so this was a real problem. I called the 800 number.First of all Customer Service was really outstanding. Personable, friendly with their "thanks for being the best part of Spectrum" end of call tag line. she dispatched a Tech Simon out here within the hour. He tested a few things, replaced a few connectors. all was good. then of course after he left, it wasn't.I called back - again, great customer service. I did my part - replacing my modem (with a free one from the Spectrum Store), I replaced my Google Mesh Wifi network, and confirmed that the issue was on more than one device. Anyway, today the second tech - Tyler, came out to assess - again within an hour of my call. he tested everything, ended up replacing my modem again and - get this - he re-ran the entire Coax cable under my house. He made running that cable looks about as easy as me lacing up my shoes.So Now, my internet is blazing fast - 500mb down, no more intermittent outages. A Great Company isnt about perfection - its about knowledgeable, respectful people who act with a sense of urgency and kindness. Thats who Spectrum is. I spoke with 5 different people (2 Customer Service, 1 at the Spectrum Retail store and 2 Technicians) and I can say this every touchpoint within the company is Outstanding. Thats a testament not only to the people who work there, but Management as well. Two Thumbs Up and 5 Stars.

Computers often down. No local number list to call store ahead of time. Staff isn't the friendliest.

Gerald was extremely helpful with spectrum mobile. So far the quality of service and price are much better than my previous carrier.
