We had a wonderful experience with The Carpet Store! Melissa was so patient as I went back and forth making decisions and even let me take samples home to be sure. She really worked with my budget and helped me feel confident in my choice. Tyler came out quickly to get measurements so we could have an accurate invoice, and he also managed the installation, which went seamlessly. We had other workers in the home at the same time, and the installers were so accommodating and easy to work around. The whole team was very transparent about the timeline, and they even got the job done earlier than expected. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the final result! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future needs!

Couldn’t be happier with our new flooring and carpet install! We found the exact lvp flooring we were looking for to diy and the ordering/shipping process was fast and easy. We got new carpet installed as well and are so happy with how it turned out! The entire process was seamless. Prices are great and customer service is 10/10!

Tyler and Melissa from the Carpet store were wonderful to work with. Ray installed our carpet and it looks great. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The customer service was terrific and I was really happy about the cost too.

From beginning to end, my experience with The Carpet Store was very friendly and professional.
Melissa answered all my questions and was very helpful when choosing both my carpet and throw rugs.
Tyler came to the house to take measurements, and gave me good advice on where to end the carpet and where NOT to extend it, therefore not trying to upsell me! He was also happy to give me good advice on how to remove the old carpet and pad, which I wanted to do myself to keep the cost down.
The price of the carpet was one of the very lowest, yet the quality is very good.
The carpet was installed within two weeks by one of their installers, Ray, who did an excellent job!
Without prompting, the rug binder took special care to work with the pattern in the throw rug when cutting to size and shape and it turned out beautiful!
I also want to replace the laminate flooring in the house, but that will have to wait until next year. But Tyler took time to show me the differences, pros and cons of each type.
When I am ready for the new flooring, I will not waste my time, again, with other flooring stores in the area where I only experienced disappointment. This store has everything I need, and I appreciate their honest business practice. Customer care and service is their first priority from beginning to end.

Tyler was very helpful in helping purchase flooring for a new business we are opening up. His price came in 40% lower than two other stores in town because he was able to get me pallet pricing. He also gave me recommendations for flooring adhesive direct from another local business instead of direct from him, which was very honest and putting the consumer first.
I highly recommend the carpet store and Tyler !

We got an estimate for carpet and installation. I asked if we could pay half down before they start and make payments for the second half, they said no. I called back and asked if it took me 15 months to save up for it (because I did the math and that’s all I can afford to save per month) if they would honor this price in 15 months. The lady said no because labor can change next year. They are a joke. I don’t even know why we called them. Awful service. Go elsewhere

The Carpet Store~ fabulous!I recently had some wall-to-wall carpet ripped out and vinyl plank flooring installed. Jason, Jessie, and Caleb did a wonderful job. Even Jason's eight year old son did a perfect needed task at the very end, placing some plastic floor protectors under a platform bed. Tyler, the owner, was very involved as well. Professional, friendly, & fun gentleman. Enjoyed them all and the work turned out perfectly.I am so happy! This is a wonderful business in Kalispell, they work with you well, start to finish, they are dedicated and diligent.Thank you gentlemen! You are now my go to flooring people and anything else I may need in that arena.

This is a fantastic flooring, bath and kitchen shop, many choices and awesome customer service. My wife and I were very indecisive on what flooring to use for a remodel, however, Melissa kept sending us home with samples to try. Melissa was very patient and knowledgeable. Tyler also interacted with us and was very thorough explaining installation processes. Once we made the decision they were again very helpful and insightful on helping find the right solution for pet odor removal prior to installing the new floor. I would recommend them to anyone!
