“Curtis fixed my 2013 Mercedes- Benz Sprinter issues and got me back on the road. Thanks to Austin for working me in so I only lost one day on my trip. I showed Curtis pics of my melted after-market wires ( they had fallen on the tailpipe) and the hole in another tube- he knew exactly what it was- the rear differential breather line ( which is what my son with whom I had spent the previous week after he and his family flew in had explained to me). The wiring my son had said he thought was aftermarket and Curtis confirmed this when I showed him. So I knew right away that Curtis knew what he was talking about.
I had read reviews that David (the Dad and owner) knows Sprinters so I had asked for him when I arrived but he was out of town. Curtis was well equipped to handle my Sprinter problems. It is not easy finding good Sprinter mechanics as you know if you own a Sprinter. I also found both Austin and Alex (David's children who work the front desk) very easy and pleasant to work with. They were both personable and courteous.
And to top it off the service was fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company to other Sprinter owners.
