Stopped at Kalispell Ford and before I had even started getting out of the vehicle when I parked in front of the Express Lane doors, Tucker came out to assist me. Explained my situation to him and he advised they were rather full with previous appointments, but if I dropped it off in the morning he would fit me in. The next morning I dropped the vehicle off right after they opened and just a couple of hours later, I received a call that it was ready to be picked up. So very pleased with the service here. Tucker was quite friendly and so accommodating in getting me taken care of while I was out of town. Very much appreciated the service at this dealer!”
