“Had a fantastic experience! The gal at the front desk was so sweet and does an amazing job! Courtni was my estimate specialist and she kept me involved the entire time so I knew what was happening. But biggest shout out to the guy (I forgot his name) that shuttles customers and does the detailing/handy work. He drove me initially to my rental in Whitefish, he helped me get all my things and waited for me to get my rental - and then when I came to get my vehicle after it was all fixed, it wouldn't start. I went for a new battery and he installed it for me. He was so incredibly kind and went above and beyond what customer service looks like. Fantastic team work! Also shout out to the body shop guys too.. my vehicle looks brand new. If I could give 20 stars I would.”

When we arrived Tim immediately began the repair and got the cover back on and tightened down. Turns out the shop that installed it in California failed to install it correctly. “A superb experience with Don of Bish’s RV Kalispell!We were having difficulties with our local dealer here in Calgary when trying to buy a brand new Imagine 2670MK and decided to look elsewhere. I called Bish’s and spoke with Don. We agreed a deal and were really happy with the service, buying process and outcome! Don catered to all our needs - including sorting out the Certificate of Origin and Recall Declaration that we would need to be able to import. We managed to forget to use our post-purchase discount voucher but we’ll be back in Kalispell next season. “Brian at Biggar Body was amazing to work with!! I own a Prestige With Integrity Auto Repair in Aurora Colorado and had a customer stop in for a emergency break down repair that's from Kalispell. During fixing the customers car it was damaged by another car. due to changes in the customers schedule we didn't get to complete the body repair. Well after calling 2 dozen body shops in Kalispell and explaining the story to each of them. Some didn't answer others came off rude or refused to give a quote over the phone or the quotes given were extremely high for the work needed. But more importantly most didn't have a opening for 2-6 months.Then there was Brian, he was professional, polite, empathetic and reasonable with his quote and had openings only 2 weeks out, The customer dropped his truck off on the 31st and Brian had it ready to go by the 2nd. Not to mention the customer was extremely happy with the quality.The likely hood I will ever deal with Brian again is beyond rare but I hope anyone in the area that needs work done will choose to do business with Biggar Body and has the same great experience we did.Services: Painting”
