“We had been long time customers of another phone company, but when our phone bill just kept rising, we took a chance to seek out the advise of T-mobile. First stop just happened to be the one located in Laurel, MT. Everyone there treated our family with respect and kindness. Our bill has dropped by a fair amount, but honestly, it’s more about how we were treated in store. We weren’t treated as a ‘number’ pre heard ‘em in heard ‘em out type of deal. Instead we were treated with care and expertise. All questions answered and a super smooth transition. I highly recommend!”
