“I’ve been a customer here for 5 years. Staff goes out of their way to answer every question I’ve ever had. They mailed meds quickly with a handwritten apology when I was shorted once, issued a credit on my account when I didn’t know I had one coming, contact doctors for me to request a script change, search for best prices and ensure correct prices, and sometimes follow up with a personal phone call just to confirm. For location convenience, I should switch, but I still haven’t bc I doubt I’ll get such good customer service anywhere else!”
