“I have been in here a couple times and the same lady has always helped me ( not sure of name- blonde/pink hair) she is so polite, no matter how busy she is and goes out of her way to help every customer as quickly and efficiently as possible! I had just came from usps where the gals were quite rude so I wanted to give a shoutout, thanks for treating your customers so well!”

“I came in for a passport application. While I stood and waited for paperwork to be filled out the 2 people working and their manager were very nice and accommodating to all the rude customers that came thru. One man took my counter spot when we went to take the photo, and he slammed a box on the counter and yelled obscenities when asked to move back, but they dealt with him correctly and he left. Another man was disgruntled about his lack of forwarded mail, and the manager had to explain the 30-day mail forwarding rule to him multiple times. Sam processed my application smoothly and we were done in 15 minutes. She was very nice to talk to.
