“We came to this Ace store when we were passing through on our very long road trip to move to Alaska. We noticed one of the screws in our roof rack had come out, and we didn’t have any allen keys to get another screw out to show them which kind we needed. Two gentleman came outside to help me get the screw out, and I believe his name was Brian (? I’m sorry if I got your name wrong!), even put the new screw in and made sure all the rest were tightened and showed me which Allen key to buy so we could continue to make sure they stayed tight. The rest of the staff was also SO friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Your store has made us feel like there are still good and kind people out there. Everyone wished us a safe rest of our travels and we had the best experience and are thankful to have landed there when this happened. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to these guys at Ace! You saved us a whole lot of headache!!!!”
