Value, integrity, competence, timeliness, communication, I could go on.I was first introduced to American Automotive by my Ford dealer who promised Destri would take care of me better than they could - no joke. Destri picked up my new F450 and installed a bed cover, bed liner, winch, bumper, lights package, auxiliary tank, and larger diesel tank. His labor charge was way less than I expected, and it was completed incredibly fast with flawless workmanship. I had a couple minor adjustments (the fuel was not reading correctly due to the larger tank size). Took it into Ford and they said they could do nothing. Destri updated the firmware, works perfectly.Since that fantastic experience, I was completely sold and started using Destri exclusively for all my company and personal trucks, all with similar great experiences. I have used other upfitters on my company work trucks and I have almost always been frustrated with poor quality work, lies, long wait times, and excessive costs. I can’t believe I have finally found someone who does what they say.I moved to Kalispell but keep bringing my trucks back to American Automotive for work and plan to continue to do so. “Monte was so awesome. We came in the morning because our van sounded terrible after yellowstoning the day before. He instantly stopped what he was doing, lifted the van and spotted the problem instantly. Exhaust pipe broken. He fixed it in under a min and didnt even charge us!!!! Could not have asked for experience. What a great guy”
“Ac was out and thought I just needed a recharge after replacing my compressor. Called on Tuesday and they got me in that afternoon. Turns out there was a leak in the hose, so scheduled to drop off next day. On top of that, there was a hole in my condenser. They still managed to finish it same day, and at half the price of what I was expecting.”
